CLEARS is made up of three Regions through the State of California:
- Region I
Northern Chapter, Superior Chapter - Region II
Central Chapter, Central Coast Chapter - Region III
Southern Chapter, Border Chapter
CLEARS has six chapters which includes various counties throughout the State of California.
