CLEARS started hosting the Annual Training & Technology Seminar in 1973. Preserving the past to help us build a better future means keeping good records and remembering how we got here. For years we have tried to maintain records to be passed down through the generations of Boards, and now we finally have technology to help us capture this information forever.
We would not be here today without our members who put in countless hours to establish our association, produce bylaws, create chapters and regions, build membership, and keep traditions going. Thank you to all those who laid the groundwork for our association, and we welcome all members to get involved to keep us going!
